    when i am doing IPMETER which shows Error.


    Hai friends.,
    when i am executing a ipmeter source code which gives error like this.

    [root@saravanan ipmeter-0.1]# env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2 ./configure --prefix=/home/ip/
    checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
    checking whether build environment is sane... yes
    checking for gawk... gawk
    checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
    checking for gcc... gcc
    checking for C compiler default output... a.out
    checking whether the C compiler works... yes
    checking whether we are cross compiling... no
    checking for suffix of executables...
    checking for suffix of object files... o
    checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes
    checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes
    checking for gcc option to accept ANSI C... none needed
    checking for style of include used by make... GNU
    checking dependency style of gcc... gcc3
    checking for db_create in -ldb4... no
    Error! You must have db4 libreary installed.

    I installed Nettalk like this
    1.env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2 LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2 ./configure --prefix=/home/Net/
    2.make
    3.make install

    i installed db-4.2.5.
    1../dist/./configure --prefix=/home/saravanan/DB42.NC
    2.make
    3.make install


    Finally i got an error while doing ipmeter ?.. kindly tell where i am doing error ...

    Maybe it also wants db4-utils? And/or db4-devel?
