File Shares Mandrake 10.1 and Windows

I have successfully installed Mandrake 10.1 and have setup a shared folder. I can view the share via my Windows boxes; however, I cannot write to the folder. I have enabled Everyone read/write permissions on the Linux box - so, what am I doing wrong?

When I add a file to the shared Linux folder I can view and even open the file via Windows, just can't write to the share. Is it a file system issue? Please help a NOOB.

    ok,
1st what is your filesystem on your windows partition.(shared)
Whats your file system for Linux. (shared)
    Whats your windows version

and to be sure again, you cannot write to windows(from linux)
you cannot write to linux(from Windows)
