Problem installing Netlimiter using WINE "GetPnpID"
Hey guys, I just started using Ubuntu yesterday and I want to install Netlimiter to limit the bandwidth allocation to specific wireless devices on my network, and I do not believe this is not something I can do within my Westell router configuration.
When I tried to install Netlimiter using WINE, I got "error error 0x80040154: couldn't get the notify object interface".
When I tried again I got: "Error 0x90070003: GetPnpID"
Everything is on default settings, any ideas how I can install this?
Thanks a bunch!

This probably won't work with Wine on Linux. It requires low-level hardware access to work. If your router / WiFi AP does not allow configuration of QOS settings, then you probably are SOL here. Of course, as soon as I post this, some wiseacre on the forums will post the solution, making me look like an idiot (I resemble that remark!)...
