Bandwidth Management??
Hello,
i have a network with one ip range 192.168.5.0/24 , i used nat for internet accessing (iptables) , now i want control bandwidth , for exp some protocols use a fixed bandwidth and others to be dynamic , u know they could borrow bandwith if low traffix,.....
any suggestion that can help...

check a proxy server like squid, it would help you but not exactly what you want, google for ClientBandwidthLimit with squid...

Bandwidth Controlling with squid is not dynamic , and squid works on http only not other ports.... by my research i found TC but i do not sure about it's performance
