    CLI shared folders?

I am running a virtual machine on a windows 7 host.

It is a basic Debian server, with minimal packages. What is the easiest way to connect to a shared folder on my machine to transfer large files, using just CLI?

You could install and run an "sshd" server on the Debian VM and then use an ssh client on the Windows system to transfer files back and forth.
