    static routing

    Hello!

    i have a problem.
    i have 2 VirtualPC /debian squeeze

    pc1 --> eth0 192.168.1.1/24

    --> eth1 10.0.3.15/24 gw 10.0.3.2 bridged to my pc.

    pc2 connected to pc1 --> eth0 192.168.1.2/24 gw 192.168.1.1

    i want to be able to browse web via pc2.

    so i have enabled ipv_4 forward.
    i add static route on pc1: route add -net 10.0.3.0/24 dev eth0
    and then route add 0.0.0.0/0 gw 10.0.3.2 dev eth0

    but when i try to ping 10.0.3.2 from pc2 i get:
    From 192.168.1.1 Redirect Host(New nexthop: 10.0.3.2)
    from 192.168.1.1 Destination Host Ureachable.

    no iptables rules.

    what am 'i doing wrong ?thank you in advance.

    Can you draw out your network? Would most likely make it easier for everyone to follow the trail of the packet.
