    How to set an interface to send 'icmp-destination-unrechable'


    Hi,
    i need to set a specific interface (ipv4 or ipv6) to send/dont send icmp-destination-unreachable' when required to do so.
    i think this can be set via the /proc/sys/net// virtual file
    but i dont know what is the exact path.

    I'm not very familiar with your request, but I think you could set up an iptables rule or switch port off for that interface (if such option/s are possible).
