    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/tor-browser
    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get install tor-browser

Then just browse the web with the tor browser. The browser automatically sets up three separate ip addresses for you. and by hitting the s button on the top left you can change the amount of anonymity you desire.
Click the onion to check out the ip's and change circuits.

Or you can use torgaurd and set it up in your network settings. It's $10 a month for a vpn. Give it a go.
