ftp http and other protocols packet transfer

There is a cyber cafe with computers connected to a server.
Each computer accesses the net with different protocols.
For e.g, com1 uses ftp and http com2 uses ftp & smtp com3 uses http ftp and smtp.
I need to know how many packets of each protocol are going from or coming to each com connected to that server.

Is there a specific comman to do this ??
