What is wrong?
I had Debian installed in a laptop and worked with wifi with no problems. I installed Ubuntu and at first it worked but now for some strange reason it does not work anymore. I am using the wireless-tools package and have everything configured as I used to in /etc/network/interfaces (essid, dhcp...). I am able to connect to the router both dynamicallly and statically but then I am not even able to ping the router. The laptop has dual boot and in Windows I am able to connect with no problems and with the exact configuration. What can be wrtong? Thanks for your help.
