Internet on Windows but not Linux
I had internet working on Linux but it did not work on Windows. I was content for a while but then I wanted to start playing games on windows (the only thing it is good for) so I messed with my family's router a bit but to no avail. After about a week of that I got my own router but I could not get it working so I srated using my family's again and windows worked on the internet but not Linux. The only thing that might have changed was that I switched from a wireless card to a wired card. Any input owuld be greatly appreciated.

Have you used YaST to reconfigure your network devices? You should be using eth0 now instead of eth1 (typically). Are you sure that you have the module for your NIC loaded/builtin? Have you tried using dhclient/dhcpcd/pump to renew your IP?
