wierd internet.
I'm Using SimplyMepis 3.3. I have a connection to my router using ndiswrapper but i can only view sites from google(my homepage). My weather tool that came with the OS also connects fine but i cannot view any other site than google. I've tried different browsers and turning off my firewall but nothing works. If i try to connect to a http then it'll just say looking for site and never do anything else. What's going on?

You may have a simple issue of DNS resolution...
Can you ping other domains by name and have them resolve to an IP address?
For example:
or do you get something like:Code:ping -c 1 www.yahoo.com PING www.yahoo.akadns.net (216.109.118.77): 56 data bytes 64 bytes from 216.109.118.77: icmp_seq=0 ttl=49 time=39.339 ms
If you get the unknown host, look at your /etc/resolv.conf and make sure you have valid nameservers listed.Code:ping: unknown host www.yahoo.com

i don't have any problem pinging yahoo, an IP or www.yahoo.com. My network settings are set up correctly, i 've tried restarting the device several times. Don't know what could be causing the problem, i tried to connect to a site and waited and after a while it came up with "the document contains no data"
