Is there any Wireless (preferably G) PCI card that works out of the box or with minimal fuss *no ndswrapper/kernel recompiling adventures* that I can buy in Dixons/Maplin or this site? http://www.expansys.com/d_wireless.asp

A USB would do too, but i dont really have many ports available, I could get another usb1 hub but i dont think my ntwork would be very fast.
