What exactly is it you wish to accomplish?
Q1. You don't want IPv6 at all enabled on your adapter?
Q2. You wish to have a static IPv6 configuration?
A1. Remove IPv6 support by re-compile kernel
A2. ifconfig <dev> <ipv6-address>
Would be the simplest solution.
