Toshiba Satellite M35X-S311 - Ethernet
Hey everyone -
I'm attempting to put debian on my Toshiba Satellite m35x-s311, and have come up against some interesting issues. The big one, the one I will be asking about, is my ethernet adapter.
I have a Realtek 10/100 ethernet adapter, but have no clue what model it is, and Knoppix or SuSe won't detect it. lspci, lsmod, and dmesg haven't shown even a network controller being recognized. I know the adapter works in XP, and it is the first time I've ever had linux not identify even a possible eth0 interface, so I'm confused.
Any thoughts on what driver it uses? Or anything that would be useful in getting it to work?
