    Bandwidth separation on NICs

    Hi all,
    I have a linux server with 4 NICs. One from the satellite downlink, another to my ISPs uplink. one to my corporate LAN and another to a cyber cafe.
    I want to share the 64 kbps uplink so that the corporate LAN has 20k and Cyber 44k bandwidth.
    How can i go about this...
