i am using redhat 9.0 with ip masquerading
with dsl 128 speed

everything is ok
squid is working
but i want to controll the bandwidth that's why i used CBQ
but it is not working why i dont know

so

i listen iproute2 from someone so i downloaded it
but it is very hard for me to install it


so plz some one tell me how can i use this tool

need the full detail.

and also tell me is this tool is successful or not ?
