I have the DHCP Server running but my client pc is not able to pick it up and grab a ip address.
Anyone have any idea why?
I am using the program Firestarter for running the DHCP Server and Internet Connection Sharing.
Any help is appreciated.

DHCP RFC Here is the documentation for the DHCP protocol, in it, is a list of the DHCP messages that need to be send to acquire a IP address (look for DHCPDISCOVER and you will get to a list of 8 messages including an small diagram), then you can use a network scanner like ethereal to scan the network and see which packets do get send (if any).
When you figured out at what point the communication stops, come back and tell us.
