i am using redhat 9 with squid 2.5 stable 1
squid is install with rpm
this squid version is with out 'arp' and 'snmp' module
can i add these module in this rpm .
through compiling i can do through ./configure arp...

but through rpm how can i do this

No, you can't.. you would need the SRPM (source rpm). Better you get the source package and compile it yourself if you really need those modules.
