Some newbie questions here . I managed to setup privoxy, it runs without any problems. However, I want it to work with squid. I installed squid, start it up, and try to configure it, but I can't get them to talk to each other. I cannot run squid alone either (my browser configured with squid doesn't go on the internet, configured with privoxy, it does).

How do I have to setup squid? I read somewhere I have to reroute requests with iptables/netfilter... Is that right? (Privoxy doesn't seem to need redirection to work).
