Connecting Windows and Fedora
I just installed Fedora on this computer. It is connected to a wireless Linksys ADSL gateway, and the other computers in the home (running windows xp) are connected with wireless cards. All computers access the internet fine.
What I was hoping to be able to do is to connect the whole lot so I can access files from any machine through any other machine. I believe I can do so through the ADSL gateway.
Where can I find tutorials that would guide a newbie step by step through the process of setting up a home network of this kind. I have been searching but without luck.
Thanks

Read up about samba. When it comes to installing it, i believe it can be found on the Fedora Installation media.
Life is complex, it has a real part and an imaginary part.
