quick question about ndiswrapper

any. Just compile it and you should be fine. Follow this tutorial.. Make sure you have the kernel-headers and gcc installed.

im getting error when i trying to modprobe it:
modprobe ndiswrapper

FATAL: Error inserting ndiswrapper (/lib/modules/2.6.13/misc/ndiswrapper.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)

Did you install the kernel sources/headers before attempting the modprobe command? Are you doing the modprobe command as root?

I got the same error when trying to use ndiswrapper 1.4 with suse 9.3 so i tryed 1.7
I had to install it twice the first install dident work because i forgot to give the command
make distclean
before
make , and make install
but after that no more errors, and i was able too get my wifi on the net
