Need help getting wireless to work on SuSE 10
I'm using SuSE10 with a Linksys WPC54G wireless card. I followed the tutorial (http://www.linuxforums.org/tutorials...ial-55961.html) found in this forum and everything seems to work without errors until I actually try and use the wireless. This network has a 64-bit WEP key and is not braodcasting the SSID, and I get a valid DHCP address from my router, but I can't do anything on the network. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? TIA

kind of working now
Ok, I got it to work, but only after giving the card static entries for its default gateway and DNS entries. For some reason those were not updating from DHCP off the router. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Wireless problem
I think you always need to enter the default gateway manually. Sometimes
that is enough, sometimes you also need to enter the DNS IPs also.
