Trying to Configure FreeBSD to Connect to the Internet
I had this old computer, and as an experiment, I installed FreeBSD on it. My problem is I can't figure out how to connect it to the internet. I have cable and a router that is connected to the modem. Is there a tutorial or something where I can find out how to get the FreeBSD comp connected? I tried configuring the ethernet card from sysinstall, but that didnt' work. It might have somethign to do with the fact that I don't know the host or domain. I never had to know that with Windows. I'm using KDE.
