ne device does not seem to be present

    I have a problem installing ISA Ethernet Card (D-Link DE-220, I/O=280 & IRQ=9) on my RH/CentOS,
while booting I found it's fail when trying to initialize and I got an error "ne device does not
    seem to be present".
When I did a "modprobe", they say module ne not found.
when I did a "dmesg", there is no eth0
    Inside ifcfg-eth0, I got

    alias eth0 ne
    options ne io=0x280 irq=9

I have read forums and did some test, pls check the attachment file:
ContentOfLess is the result of dmeg | less
ContentOfLSPCI is the resuult of lspci -v
ContentOfLSMOD id the result of lsmod

    TIA
