Setting up a network
Hi All, apologies if this has already being discussed elsewhere.
I am the admin for a small charity/community group and need to network computers. All of the computers are running Windows XP (with the exception of two Macs) and was hoping to set up a linux server, which users would logon to etc.
What would be the best distribution to use, and how easy would it be to do such a thing?
Many thanks in anticipation...

That's an excellent idea. I wish I could find a small charity/community group that needed my help to do the same. But alas, you are asking the infamous, "which distro?" question. There is a special link for just that:
Which Distro?
