Assuming you have a web hosting service, Just upload the .html using FTP or something like NVU

Doesn't your ISP offer you a webspace?

You would be hard pressed for a free Domain name and after all, wouldn't you want to own your Domain name? Ever thought about hosting your own Web server? You've already done the hard work.

Hey man use a free webhost like freewebs.com for html. If you need PHP go for something free like 100megsfree.com

however before you waste 50000000 years and come to this conclusion,

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE DOMAIN.

Except.. .tk and .be

idk the site for be but I got it for free =]

neither come with hosting. you need to find a free webhost that supports domains. Or since this IS a linux forums, run your own server on linux!

dot.tk isnt really a domain per se; they put your page in a frame. real domains use nameservers and stuff..
