SSL VPN and SSL Explorer
Has anybody tried this software and if so, what is your opinion? How easy is the setup?? Curious. I'm looking into an SSL solution for my employer and would like to use the GPL version of this product as compared to the Enterprise.

Never heard of it before. But if this is what you are referring to, SSL-Explorer, it looks interesting.
The website says it supports accessing desktops remotely. It would also be interesting to see how that compares with TightVNC.
But for file access in other than temporary setups, I'm guessing it would be less satisfactory than OpenVPN.

Just doing the research for now, and I've also looked at OpenVPN and wasn't that impressed. We currently have a VPN; however, the support overhead is getting a little difficult for my one man IT shop. Looking for an HTTP addition to off load some of the support overhead.
