    Send files PC to PC by USB


    Hi. How do I send files from the 1st computer to the second computer if two of the above are connected USB to USB? And what about FireWire?

    Do you mean you have one USB cable plugged into two PCs? I don't think that's healthy.

    But you can go from the RJ45 ethernet jack on one PC direclty to another if you have a crossover cable. Crossover cables are not commonly needed, but they are usually available anywhere network supplies are sold. If you do that, there will be no DHCP server to automatically set you up, so you'll need to manually set the IP addresses.
