Telnet to a UNIX server through WIN2000 over Internet...
hello...
Is there any Public IP address, that i can use to Telnet onto, over my internet connection through my WIN2000?
i have a Linux RED-HAT 9 over the same PC which is running W2k, so don;t want to restart everytime i need a specific OS...
If i can Telnet to a UNIX server through W2k, then my prob is solved...

you can telnet into anyone who has given you a login account on their server, though generally such services are limited, and unless your prepared to pay for them, pretty crap as well.
