    help wanted for a simple traffic control

    I want to control the bandwidth between two computers, one is the client and another is th e server. The server sends image data to the client. But I don't know how to control the bandwidth between them. Are there any popular tools from which I can begin? I think the traffic control should be very easy in my application.. I am running programs in Linux.
