    Network Traffic Monitor???

    I am looking to deploy a Network Traffic Monitor. I am looking to see the computer name, IP, Username (if possiable) and the URL (or traffic type). I am trying to decrease Internet abuse in a small company ~ 300 users. I need to see a web based reports. Please any direction you can point me to would be great. Would like to be free or low cost application.
