, so we cannot do anything to ban him from a college

In Fedora 6 we are must to build/made Postfix mail and pop3 server who will work on PC Number 8S (in room are 12 PC)
-he will work with mails which are come to our domain network.something.com
-he must forwarding mails who are sent only from a network 192.168.125.0/24
-Third step is to made DNS server for domain network.something.com and setup MX record
-Fourth step is to made/build pop3 server
After that we are must to test work of Telnet server:
-we are must with Telnet, connect on the postfix and manually send one mail on existing address student@ network.something.com
-after that we must with Telnet connect on pop3 service (which is setup in last steps) and look in the inbox user student@ network.something.com
-form PC number 5 must to send mail to student@network.something.com with mail program Evolution and with same program check are the mail come.
(network.something.com is not our domain but we are wont sample how it look )
That is all we are need....
If you can help us we be hapy....
