Local and Web IP's
Just a quick Q.
I want my servers to have both an internal (LAN) and external (Web) IP address; I'm assuming to do so will require 2 network cards? Or is there a way of setting multiple IP's on the one interface?
Servers are running Slackware 10.2.

darkrose,
Greetings. You can add up to 255 (I believe) ip address to a single network card. The addresses after the first one are called aliases. I found a good article on this over at Linux Questions.
Thanks,
