/etc/sysconfig/netwok/ifcfg-eth0 file but when ...

Hî!
I´m trying to configure my Suse 8.1 to so that i can use the ipv6 protocol
but the thing is that i edit that the
/etc/sysconfig/netwok/ifcfg-eth0 file but when i reboot the system it kaputs..
