I can reply for this as I checked a few hours ago:

cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward returns 1
cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/icmp_echo_ignore_* returns 0 and 0
For this line you will have to wait, as it is 20.40 now here and I have no access whatsoever to the linux box at the moment:
netstat -rn
