hi,

i have a webmail link for users to check their email externally. That link is not working. If we check the link through the internal network, it opens fine. all the other services like email(send & receive), squid, dns, dhcp are working fine in the internal network. Have tried pinging the ip address as well as the server name.....it failed. What could be the problem with the external webmail link???
