Hello there, this is my first post on here so please excuse any mistakes.

I'm currently having a problem with my modem (webstar one), out the four lights the ones which are on are 'power' and 'cable' but for some reason the PC button just keeps flashing (not sure if this meant to happen?) and the data light is not on at all? i have been looking into this but cant figure out whats wrong could someone possibly help me out?
