is High Availability is part of Load Balancing

urm just want to ask, is High Availability part of Load Balancing ? for example the LINUX-HA

it really depends on how you see the need.
if what you seeking is physical connection replacement - then the answer is no HA is not part of LB.
but if you want a route redundancy then yes HA is part LB since HA can be Active-Active.
I think more of LB is part of HA.
