If you are going to netinstall redhat/fedora/centos machines,
cobbler is handy for provisioning.

The client machines need to have a PXE enabled NIC.
Without cobbler, you have to do it manually.
Things you need:
- a client machine with a PXE enabled NIC
- a DHCP server with PXE extensions, correctly configured
- a TFTP server with at least one boot image
- lots of fiddling around :)
But perhaps I am on the wrong track.
If you just want to install one machine manually,
then you need a netinstall ISO of your chosen linux distribution.
It will behave almost like a "normal" install from CD/DVD, but get the packages from public repositories.
For example, fedora's netinstall ISO is called Fedora-12-i386-netinst.iso
