Reverse DNS Delegation
Hello guys. I have a question to which I hope I can find the answer soon.
My company has bought a whole IP class about 10 years ago. This IP class is routed through a BGP session with the provider. The only problem is this: I can't for the life of me, figure out WHAT IP from this class is delegated for the reverse DNS. (This delegation is set up on Ripe.Net I suppose, by an ex-SysAdmin, he has the password, and there's no way to recover it). Does anyone know how I could find the IP which controls Reverse DNS so I can asign it to the server and set up the zone in Bind?
