Sendmail Mailqueue Locked

Hi Guys,

Sorry if i post my thread on wrong place cause i still noobs in this forum,

i have a question is it possible to flush mailque that locked on sendmail ?

i oftenly face this problem when important mail sent but stuck at mailque but when i flush the mail its locked.

is it any other way or any other command can force and break the locked que mail and mail can be sent ?

i try with sendmail -v -q but mail still get locked


need your suggestion
