[SOLVED] Problem with Realtek RTL-8110SC/8169SC Gigabit Ethernet (rev

I'm at a loss as to why I can't post my message to this section of the forum. No matter what I try, it keeps on coming back with a message that I can't post links to other sites, even though I haven't done so, and I can't see where in my message it could look like I did. Do I need to post another 13 totally pointless messages before the message board will allow me to participate properly?
Within the original message I intended to post were the outputs from several commands I was recommended to post back here, which might help to diagnose my problem. I'll try again later.
