tg3_stop_block timed out
I have an old Proliant DL380 G4 with the Broadcom BCM5704 network adapters. I installed CentOS 6.2, and when I bring up an interface I get a dump to the screen from the tg3 driver about tg3_stop_block timed out, ofs=4800 enable_bit=2
Searching found a few references to CentOS/RHEL 3 and 4, and a suggestion to turn TSO off but that didn't help.

Broadcom has released much more up-to-date drivers for current Linux systems. Not sure if your old gear is involved, but go to the broadcom web site support sections and search for updated linux drivers.
