I'm no expert on this, but isn't the solution to use WPA-PSK rather than WEP? This wouldn't be a homework question, would it?

yes its not a home work question.But, I need to know is there any procedure to avoidance of weak IV........Because am working on it. ,which is new to me.

If you could do that, WEP would suddenly become more secure. Strangely it was abandoned and replaced by a safer encryption method (WPA, which was itself replaced by WPA2).
