    Video Conferencing?

I'm looking for a program that I can use for video conferencing (6-15 people) for work. I'm hoping that I don't have to go back to Windows to do it. Most of the people I work with are using Windows but are willing to install something so I can use Linux still. Any suggestions would be appreciated...oh yeah...the software has to be fairly free of glitches, my boss wouldn't appreciated having a computer meltdown

    Ekiga ~ Free your speech.

Will cooperate with Netmeeting if that's what your colleagues use.

    Conferencing?

Can netmeeting and Ekiga do conferencing? what I was seeing with netmeeting was typically 1 on 1 video chat, since we need 6-15 at a time, can this support that? Thanks
