How to stop bootloader screen from disappearing??
Hi!
I am using redhat linux 8 and win98 on a pc. I want to format the win98 OS because there are some hardware conflicts.
However,I have this experience that when I format windows on a pc with linux on it,when I reinstall windows and boot up,the OS bootup screen (LILO or GRUB) does not appear anymore. At that time,I reinstalled linux !!
May I know how to prevent this situation from occuring or if it happens, what should I do to bring up the OS bootup screen again?
I use GRUB as the boot loader.
Please reply quickly if you can.....thanks!!

Create a linux boot disk and use that to boot after you install windows. WHen you get back in linux, reinstall grub to the mbr.
