Welcome to the forums!

I don't think you'll find any rapidshare links with all of opensuse in them, but you can order the opensuse CDs from any Linux CD vendor. Just do a Google search for "linux CDs" and you'll get lots of hits, some of them selling them for as little as 99 cents per CD.oz

Most distributions offer a file on their FTP server called MD5SUMS or something similar. This lists the names of the ISO files they make available for download followed by a string of letters and numbers. This is a hash. It is a value generated by running the ISO file through a program that uses a very specific mathematic equation. Given the exact same file it will generate the same value every time.
This is useful in testing to make sure your file downloaded correctly. If you have a correct, exact copy of the file and you run it through an MD5 Sum program on your computer it will generate the exact same series of numbers and letters as what shows up in the MD5SUM file.
If the hash you generate and the hash they list are different, your download has been corrupted and may not burn or install properly.
ATI cards are notorious troublemakers in Linux, but only when you try to set up 3D acceleration. Out of the box, SuSE 10.2 uses the vesa driver, which is a generic display driver that works with pretty much every card ever manufactured.I have Ati Radeon x2300, Any problem with suse v10.2?
If you plan on using any 3D desktop effects or playing any 3D games, you'll want to install the official ATI drivers instead. This can be done after you install and configure SuSE to your liking. I do not know the details of it (I own Nvidia cards) but I'm sure someone else can help you with that.Registered Linux user #270181
