Thinkpad PI Distro?
Hello,
I have an old IBM Thinkpad that has 32 Mb RAM, 3Gig HD, and a PI 166mhz processor. I tried to run DSLinux from a live cd, but it freezes up.
Any recommendations on a Linux Distrobution to install as my main os? The computer would just be a Linux learnin machine.
Thanks ahead of time!

In that case, try Puppy Linux. Check this Poll on lightweight distros.
If its possible to connect your Laptop to Internet then I would suggest you Debian Netinstall. It will work pretty fine on your Lappy.
Debian Netinstall + any lightweight DE or WM.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

I am glad to help you.

Most of Desktop Distros are GUI oriented and one can do almost everything with mouse clicks. But its good to learn a few basic linux commands. I would suggest you to check linuxcommand.org.
