Regarding unable to Telnet with remote Machine.

So, the issue is that i am not able to telnet the machine with Red Hat AS4 (4.5) (32 bit). The same machine also have Red Hat AS4 (64 bit) in it..

but when telnet done in Operating system AS4 64 bit, it is happening perfectly fine.
but on 32 bit os it is giving following error.

telnet: connect to address 10.203.164.43: no route to host
telnet: unable to connect to remote host: no route to host

Please help me inn verifiying where the exact issue lies and how could i handle it. Thanx
